Fordom Studio, founded by filmmakers Daniel Drachman and Annette Navarro, is dedicated to telling meaningful stories that bridge cultural gaps and explore the "why" behind human behavior. Named after Daniel’s first son, Dominic (For-Dom), the independent studio has raised over $1.5M in private funding to create intentional, impactful content.

Aside from commercial work, Fordom Studio's current major project is a feature documentary titled The Problem, focused on four-division world champion Adrien Broner. Set for release in 2025, the film tackles systemic racism and mental health. Fordom has collaborated with leading platforms like Netflix, Apple, HBO, Showtime Sports, Warner Brothers, and Universal Music Group, among others.

Founder

Daniel Drachman

Daniel Drachman, began his filmmaking journey at the age of 18. He pursued his education at the College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) with a focus on Electronic Media. Over the years, Daniel has built an impressive portfolio, collaborating with major entities such as Netflix, Apple, HBO, Showtime, Warner Brothers, Universal Music Group, amongst others.

In addition to his filmmaking endeavors, Daniel served as the Chief Strategy Officer for an AI content company, raising over $6M in funding. Daniel is now the founder of independent content studio Fordom Studio, which raised $1.5M in private funding to tell intentional stories in long form. His most recent endeavor is W1N, a lifestyle company that stands for “Whats Important Now.”

Aside from commercials and music videos, Daniel has spent the past 12 years documenting the career of four-division world champion Adrien Broner, with a feature documentary set to be released in 2025. The purpose of the documentary is to use storytelling as a tool to eliminate stigmas and identify societal issues that are often overlooked, such as mental health and systemic racism.

Founder

Annette Navarro

Annette de Navarro, originally from Panama City, Panama, moved to Cincinnati, Oh, the center of one of the biggest design cities in the country, a little-known fact. She began her career as a makeup artist, stylist, and set designer commissioned by the biggest brands in the world. Along the way, she picked up a medium-format camera and began capturing images of the brands she had been working with over the years for their global advertising campaigns. Navarro has over 20 years experience as a photographer and cinematographer working in every major market in North America. Navarro is an expert in production, lighting, styling, directing, and composition, which elevates the creative projects she joins. Annette is a free-spirited photographer and film director. When she works with talent, she has only one intention: to let the talent resonate and be themselves, capturing their best moments, which in turn are the best moments for any creative piece.
